1. We will NEVER sell or give your private information to anyone else, for any reason. We have complete respect for your privacy.  Aside from logging in to buy a game from us there is NO DRM. You will always own the game. Save it to your hard drive, burn it to disc – it is yours.

2. All of our databases are SSL secured and we do not ask for anymore than your basic personal information (name, email etc). We only use Paypal as our secure gateway for payment, so any credit card or personal banking details are stored with Paypal directly.

You’ll need to buy the game you want, download, install, play. Once the payment is made, you will receive an e-mail giving you the link to download the game files, the code to trigger the download and even the code to unlock the game. You can access your game immediately.

Payment through PayPal verified account

Bungarra Store only uses PayPal. PayPal makes it easy to buy over the internet and secures your transaction, allowing you to buy using your Credit Card but without having to give away your bank data to a third party. Your data is encrypted through some of the best technologies available on the market.

Depending on the relationship between our respective banks, the procedure can take more or less time. It is advised to wait up to one hour to be sure that the payment has gone through before trying to make a new purchase.

How does your service work?

You just need to place your order. Once your information is verified, you will receive your order via email. The email address we send the game link to, is the same one that you use to register. For a pre-existing PayPal user, the process can be even quicker if you use the same email you use for PayPal.

What is the delay before I receive my items?

There shouldn’t be as we always try to deliver your purchase as soon as possible. You will instantly access a page that has a link on to the game on it after you pay through PayPal. As a precaution, we will also send you a link that allows you access the game instantly to your email address. Every order is fulfilled under 2 hours and our average delivery time is around 10 Min. There may be some downtime but delivery is always made within 24 hours. It may be slightly different the first time you register on our website but this is a one-time occurrence.

How many times can I use the link to download my game?

We will send you 2 links, one directly after your Paypal payment has been accepted. You will be directed back from Paypal to the link automatically. The other method is via email – we will send a link directly to the email address you have provided us. You can only use either link once. After that the link will expire. Please contact us should there be any problems and we will send you another link.

Will you email me the CD key?

No. We are an online store only and we don’t ship physical CD’s yet. What we will provide though, is a link in order to download the file information directly to your machine. The first purpose of our company is to allow you to play as soon as you want and that is why we prefer email delivery. We don’t physically ship anything. You will receive the key code through email within 24 hours.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We use PayPal, which allows you to user your own personal bank or credit card securely.

What shall I do if I get a bad code?

First of all, this shouldn’t happen. Every code we receive and distribute is a brand new code and is valid. Sometimes a transmission error can occur and we will always work with the customer to solve the trouble as soon as possible. We keep track of all codes and customers up to 30 days. You just have to send us an email and we will be pleased to answer you and sort this out quickly. We endeavour to respond to all customer emails within 1 working day.

Can I trust your site?

Yes. We are an independent developer and publisher. We make the games we sell. We are strongly dedicated to our customers.

Troubleshooting

My payment has been denied – I don’t understand why?

In a majority of cases, payment can be denied when the information that you provide PayPal does not match with the information on the credit card or payment you made. The system used by most of the banks to ensure the security of the transaction is based on several data linked to the account and/or credit cards. For example, if the phone number, the name or the billing address is different between the information given to us and the one stored in your bank, they will just reject the payment and we will have to deny your order. If you feel your order was denied in error, please feel free to contact us and we’ll make a new verification with PayPal as quickly as possible.

I lost the email with my key codes!

If your email is lost, be sure to check it hasn’t been moved to the junk-mail by your provider or your security settings. In any case, you can still access your account on our website and check your Order History. We will be pleased to forward you again the message or you will be able to see it in your account on the website.

The code you sent me isn’t working!

Again, this happens on extremely rare occasions but in the case you had this error, please follow these steps:

  1. Verify again if you didn’t mistyped the key code comparing the email we sent and the code you typed to register the code.
  2. Contact us if that’s not the case. We are keep trace of all transaction for at least 30 days and we will be pleased to resend you the information.
