The PlayStation controller audio can be automatically added as a default when using the Epic installer. When this happens it means that the game audio will not play, unless the user selects their preferred local audio (speakers, or TV etc). Steam generally handles this for games, but the Epic launcher doesn’t seem to do this out of the box. When this happens, open the sound settings on your PC (right click on the sound icon in the bottom right of your PC) go to your sound settings and adjust the audio to the appropriate audio settings from there.
